What is Kinstretch?

Kinstretch is movement enhancement system that combines flexibility, strength, coordination, joint health and proactive rehabilitation. During the classes, Ozi carefully guides students and educates them on what, how and why they are performing a series of movements. He also helps students adjust as needed—everyone is different and he encourages you to listen to your body and respect what it’s telling you. You do NOT have to be strong and flexible to get started. Ozi has worked with a variety of students with very different levels of mobility, helping them achieve their movement goals.

I have been very impressed by the improvements in my mobility since I’ve been working with Ozi. I’d previously done physical therapy for frozen shoulder. While the condition seemed to resolve on its own, I still felt like my shoulder was much weaker and less mobile. Then I started Ozi’s Kinstretch class. It’s been so encouraging to regain a range of motion in my shoulder that I wasn’t sure I’d ever get back! My mobility in my spine and hips has also gotten so much better, too. When is Ozi’s Stretching Class in Sequim?

Ozi teaches at Sequim-Carlsborg Martial Arts on Saturdays 9:30–10:30am. Please see his website for information on his Monday 11:30am class at The Nutritious Movement Center in Sequim.

The cost is $15.00 per class, payable with cash or Venmo (Ozi-Flores • last 4 digits 1632).

What should I wear and/or bring?

You can wear comfortable active wear that allows you to move freely. Feel free to bring flip flops, crocs or other footwear that’s easy to take on and off. (No footwear is allowed on the mats.) You do not have to bring a yoga mat. Props are provided as needed. If you have your own support blocks/blankets/straps you are welcome to bring them with you.
